December is fundraising month at Colorado MUFON! Join us on December 13, for a holiday potluck, silent auction and vendor fair, 1:00-4:00pm, 7272 Eagle Street.
Bring a dish to share at the Holiday Party potluck. Colorado MUFON will provide soft drinks and dinnerware. RSVPs are appreciated. Please state if you will bring a main, side dish or dessert.
Consider donating a UFO related or high strangeness item to the Silent Auction. Notify committee chair Rich Evans at r.evans@comufon.org if you have an item to donate to the silent auction. Please arrive a little early to provide a completed Bid Sheet when presenting your item.
This year we are adding a Vendor Fair. We are looking for a wide variety of vendors who sell merchandise or services that can be provided on site. Examples are:
- Sales: books, art, crystals, home crafted items, such as jewelry, candles, clothing.
- Services: palmistry, chair massage, aura or psychic readings during the fair.
Space is limited, so we are keeping it small. Vendors will set up in the lobby outside the meeting room. Fill out the Application of Interest if you would like to be considered for a vendor table. Provide us with your contact information, what you would like to sell and why you’re good at it! Colorado MUFON will select vendors for variety and interest to our membership. MUFON members are given priority and the deadline to apply for a table is November 5. As it is a fundraiser, cost for a table is $20 and 10% of sales.
